Teriyaki Strips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. oil
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 tsp. garlic
    3/4 tsp. salt and pepper
    3 lb. roast of your choice, sliced in thin strips
Preparation
    Mix ingredients, except meat strips.
    Place meat strips on skewers and marinate in sauce for 24 to 48 hours (turning every 6 to 8 hours).
    Barbecue until done.
