Sweet Potato Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 c. cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 slightly beaten eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter or margarine, melted

Preparation

Use a mixer to combine all ingredients.
Pour into a buttered baking dish.
Cover with topping.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
