Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. corn oil
1 (16-20 oz.) can pumpkin
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Mix and sift together the 6 dry ingredients.
Mix eggs, pumpkin, oil, and water.
Combine dry and moistened ingredients.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Cool in pans before turning out.
