Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter, melted and cooled
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. corn meal
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix melted butter, sugar and eggs together. Add corn meal, vinegar and vanilla. Stir well, but do not overbeat. Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
