Feta Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. Feta cheese, cut into 4 pieces
1 garlic clove, peeled
3 medium scallions (including green tops), cut into 1-inch pieces
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut into 4 pieces each
3 Tbsp. sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. pepper
salt to taste
1/2 c. parsley leaves and 10 large radishes for garnish
Preparation

Place garlic in work bowl and pulse/chop until finely minced. Add scallions to bowl and pulse for 3 seconds.
Add remaining ingredients, except the salt, and combine and process for about 20 seconds, stopping once and scraping down the side of bowl.
Add salt to taste and adjust other seasonings.
Refrigerate.
