Ingredients

1 medium head cauliflower
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
4 slices cheese
Paprika
Preparation

Microwave directions.
Cut cone shaped wedges out of cauliflower core.
Place cauliflower and water in 1 1/2 quart microwave proof casserole.
Cook on high for 9 minutes.
Turn over halfway.
Drain.
Mix mayonnaise, onion, mustard and salt.
Spoon sauce over cauliflower.
Lay cheese slices on top.
Cook uncovered till cheese melts.
Sprinkle with paprika and let stand 2 minutes before serving.
Serves 6.
