Frog Eye Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. pineapple juice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. acini di pepe (macaroni)
    2 (4 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
    1 c. chunk pineapple, drained
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 c. small marshmallows
Preparation
    In saucepan, put sugar, flour and salt. Stir in juice and egg and cook over medium heat; stir until thickened.
    Add lemon juice. Set aside and cool. Cook pepe separately. Cover. Place in refrigerator until cooled. Mix all ingredients together and cool.
