Angel Rolls(Negligible Cholesterol Per Roll) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. white flour
    1/3 c. oil
    2 Tbsp. white sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. instant nonfat dry milk powder
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. egg substitute
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve milk powder in milk.
    Stir sugar and oil into water. When sugar is dissolved, add milk.
    Stir in until lukewarm.
    Pour out a small part of this mixture and add yeast to this.
    Stir in the \"egg substitute\" and set aside for 20 minutes.
    Mix the salt into the flour.
    Pour in the liquid mixture.
    Blend until batter becomes a smooth paste.
    Cover with a damp cloth and set to rise in a warm place until doubled in bulk.
    Half fill oiled muffin pans and again let rise until doubled in bulk.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until done.
