"Mom'S" Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. macaroni
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. mayo
    1/4 c. mustard
    1 c. diced celery
    3/4 c. diced onions
    3 tomatoes, cut in pieces
    1 grated carrot
    1 block cheese, grated
    6 hard-boiled eggs, diced
Preparation
    Cook macaroni; drain.
    Boil together the sugar, flour, water and vinegar; stir and cool.
    When cool, add mayo and mustard.
    Mix in macaroni, celery, onions, cheese, tomatoes, carrot and eggs.
