Zucchini Nibbles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. zucchini, thinly sliced, unpeeled
1 c. biscuit baking mix (Bisquick)
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sweet basil or oregano
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Spread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cut into small squares to serve. May be served either hot or cold.
Yields 25 servings.
