Cabbage And Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    5 or 6 tomatoes
    3 medium onions
    peppers
    hamburg
    egg
    1 stick oleo
    1/4 c. rice
Preparation
    Cut cabbage and tomatoes.
    Put into kettle.
    Cover with water, salt, pepper and oleo.
    Boil 20 minutes.
    Fry hamburg and onion. Cool, then add to hamburg, egg and rice.
    Mix and put into peppers. Simmer 1 hour.
