Hot Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    2 pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
    1 lb. Velveeta Mexican cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 stick melted butter
    1 pkg. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook and drain vegetables.
    Add celery.
    Mix mayonnaise and milk.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Layer vegetables, chestnuts and cheese slices.
    Mix butter with crackers.
    Top casserole with this mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot and bubbly.
