Perfect Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. peeled and sliced apples
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation
    Peel and slice apples (Jonathan or Granny Smith).
    Sprinkle lemon juice over apples.
    Mix sugar, flour, salt and cinnamon and stir into apples.
    Spoon apple mixture into 9-inch pie crust.
    Top with second crust.
    Seal edges and cut vents in top crust.
    Brush top crust with water and sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
