Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Crumble pork sausage into large frypan.
    Cook over medium heat.
    May add chopped onions if you like.
    Drain off all but 2 tablespoons grease.
    Stir in flour, stirring constantly until bubbles and turns light brown.
    Stir in milk plus water.
    Add salt and black pepper.
    Cook until thickened.
    Good to stir in dash of Texas Pete or Worcestershire sauce.
    Serve over hot biscuits, broken in half.
