Potato Cucumber Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. new potatoes
    1/2 medium cucumber
    2 cloves garlic, peeled
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped red onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
Preparation
    Bring a large pot of water to boil.
    Scrub potatoes, then cut into 1-inch cubes and boil 15 to 20 minutes.
    Peel and seed cucumber and cut into 1-inch cubes.
    Blanch cucumber 1 minute in saucepan; remove.
    Blanch garlic 4
    minutes; drain and remove from pan.
    Drain potatoes and cucumber; combine in large bowl.
