Caramelized Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tomatoes
    1/3 c. brown sugar, melted
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 slices white bread
    1/3 c. butter
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes from blossom and take out pulp.
    Place in a baking pan.
    Remove crust from bread and cube.
    Combine with tomato pulp, melted brown sugar, butter, salt and pepper.
    Fill shells with mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Garnish with parsley.
