Baked Chicken Parmesan(Low-Fat And Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 1/2 lb.) fryer (pieces)
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. water
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/3 c. Marsala wine
Preparation

In a paper bag, put seasoning, cheese, parsley and crumbs. Coat chicken by shaking.
Oil a roasting pan and pour in the water.
Arrange chicken pieces.
Sprinkle chicken with oil and margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Pour wine over chicken.
Lower heat to 325\u00b0 and cover pan with foil.
Bake 15 minutes longer.
Remove foil and bake at 350\u00b0 10 minutes longer.
