Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 large green tomatoes
    1/3 c. fat-free Italian dressing
    plain flour
    oil for frying
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes 1/4-inch thick.
    Let set in salad dressing about 5 minutes.
    Roll in flour and fry until brown (Fry Baby works great).
    No need for salt if salad dressing is used. Slightly turned tomatoes are wonderful cooked this way.
