Ingredients

1 c. sifted flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add milk and vanilla.
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients; beat until smooth.
Heat and lightly butter a skillet.
Drop batter into 3-inch circles.
Brown on both sides. Serve with butter, syrup, applesauce or fruit of choice.
Serves 3 to 4.
