Vegetable Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, cleaned and broken up
    1/2 bunch cauliflower, cleaned and broken up
    2 onions, chopped
    1 stalk celery
    1 medium zucchini (optional)
    1 c. milk (canned or fresh)
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine (optional)
    1 lb. American cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, melt margarine to coat pan and saute chopped onions. Add milk and chopped pieces of cheese and warm to melt on medium heat.
    Add precooked (slightly) broccoli and cauliflower.
    Add celery, zucchini and garlic salt.
    Warm until done and vegetables are desired texture.
