Succotash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. dried lima beans
    water
    1/4 lb. diced salt pork
    1/2 tsp. salt
    12 oz. can kernel corn
Preparation
    Clean
    and wash beans.\tCover beans with water and soak overnight.\tDrain.\tPlace
    beans,
    pork, salt and enough water to cover
    ingredients\tin a 12-inch Dutch oven.
    Cook with lid on. Place 8
    coals on top and 8 coals on the bottom for 1 1/2 hours. Add water if needed.
    Add corn.
    Stir and cook for 1/2 hour more. Replenish coals as needed.
