Brazilian Snow - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. best quality vanilla ice cream, softened slightly
4 to 6 rounded Tbsp. fresh coffee (roasted, but unground)
whipped cream for garnish
cherries for garnish
Preparation

Grind coffee in a small nut grinder as finely as possible. Sprinkle about half of coffee over ice cream.
Scoop up ice cream one scoop at a time.
Try to mix without over handling ice cream. As you finish one layer of ice cream, sprinkle coffee over the top until all coffee and ice cream are in the serving dishes.
Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkle with coffee and cherries.
Serve at once.
