Baked Chicken Salad(Serves 12 To 15) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken (2 to 3 lb.)
1 can each: cream of chicken and mushroom soup (10 oz. size)
1 can milk (measure in soup can)
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 small jar chopped pimento
1 c. diced celery
1 large can chow mein noodles
Preparation

Cook chicken until tender and easily removed from bone.
Chop chicken and vegetables.
Combine all ingredients, except noodles, and pour into large baking dish.
Bake, covered, for 35 to 40 minutes.
Uncover and sprinkle noodles over top.
Return to oven for about 15 minutes, leaving cover off.
