Creamy Cheese Pie(Great Diet Breakfast) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cottage cheese
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    6 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 pkg. Knox gelatine, mixed with juice to dissolve
    2 c. crushed pineapple (in own juice)
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
    Pour in pans sprayed with \"Pam.\"
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Cool.
    Cut into 8ths.
    One sections equals breakfast protein.
