Richard'S Caso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    2 cans chilies
    4 plus fresh jalapenos
    2 large onions
    5 cloves garlic
    1/4 c. oil or 1 stick margarine
    2 lb. Velveeta
    cayenne to taste
Preparation
    Place first three ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend well.
    Chop onions and garlic.
    Saute in hot oil or margarine.
    Mix in Ro-Tel mixture and simmer about 15 minutes to reduce liquid.
    Gradually add Velveeta.
    Serve warm or cold with tortilla chips or raw vegetables.
