Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    1/2 stick margarine
    salt
    pepper
    diced onion
    Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Slice potatoes thin, with or without peeling.
    Melt 1/2 stick margarine in approximately 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Layer potatoes, salt, pepper and diced onion.
    Cover with 1/4 Velveeta cheese and bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until tender.
