Mexican Chicken With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

chicken, remove skin
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. uncooked rice
1 medium onion
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 bay leaf
1 (10 oz.) bag frozen peas
Preparation

Sprinkle chicken with salt, paprika and pepper.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Combine 2 to 3 packages bouillon, oregano, bay leaves, peas, onion and rice in baking dish.
Top with chicken. Cover with foil.
Bake until liquid is absorbed and chicken is done at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
