Deer Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deer hams
    1 pkg. taco mix
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    1 medium onion
    1 1/2 c. carrots (optional)
Preparation
    Place hams and water in a crock-pot.
    Combine the other ingredients with the roast.
    Cook overnight.
    To thicken gravy, mix water and cornstarch and add to gravy.
    Serve with rice.
