Crusty Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (2 1/2) lb. chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine cracker crumbs, sesame seed, salt and pepper.
    Dip chicken pieces in butter (melted), then in crumb mixture.
    Place on foil lined 13 x 9 x 2-inch and 9 x 9 x 2-inch pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
