Baked Fish With Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen fillets or steaks, cut 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced green onion
    1/4 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    paprika
Preparation
    Thaw fish, if frozen.
    Arrange fish in a baking dish, turning thin edges under.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Cook mushrooms, onion and tarragon in margarine until tender.
    Spoon over fish.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, covered, in a 450\u00b0 oven for 6 to 10 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
    Makes 4 servings.
