Baked Vegetable Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 oz.) c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 1/2 c. chopped seeded tomato
    2 c. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese
    1 c. low-fat milk
    1/4 c. flour
    2 1/2 Tbsp. Watkins Omelet and Souffle Seasoning
    1/4 tsp. garlic flakes
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Layer Monterey Jack cheese, broccoli, tomatoes and Cheddar in an ungreased 8-inch square baking dish.
    Beat together remaining ingredients until smooth; pour over cheese.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, or until egg mixture is set.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
    Serves six.
