Ninth Street House California Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. shredded cooked chicken breast
    2 c. seedless grapes
    1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. minced parsley
    pinch of marjoram
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Cool to room temperature.
    In a bowl, stir the butter, mayonnaise, parsley, curry powder, garlic, marjoram, salt and pepper.
    In a large bowl, combine chicken, grapes and almonds.
    Arrange this mixture on lettuce leaf.
    Pour the dressing on top and sprinkle paprika.
