Roasted Red Potatoes With Skin On - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 to 12 red potatoes
    1 oz. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. rosemary
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes; dry. Combine olive oil with rosemary and pepper. Roll potatoes in mixture until well coated. Bake at 400 degrees on an oiled sheet pan until they are tender. Pierce with a toothpick. Tiny yellow squash may be cooked with the same method.
