Cold Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. minced fresh dill or 1 tsp. dill weed
lettuce leaves, sprigs of dill and lemon slices
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat.
Add chicken breasts and cook, turning once, until light brown, about 4 minutes a side.
Transfer chicken to an 8-inch square baking dish.
Add wine to pan, bring to a boil, scraping bottom of pan with a wooden spoon.
Stir in 2 tablespoons lemon juice and salt.
Pour mixture over chicken.
Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes, basting occasionally.
Let chicken cool to room temperature.
