Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 oz. pkg. frozen corn
1 c. finely shredded cabbage
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
1/2 c. sweet red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Combine in a bowl.
Pour mixture over vegetables.
Bring to boil; simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cover and store in refrigerator.
Keeps about 2 to 3 weeks.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
