Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce, chopped
    1 large homegrown tomato, chopped
    1 sweet red onion, chopped
    1 can chili-hot beans, rinsed and drained
    1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 bottle Catalina dressing
    1 bag Fritos corn chips, crushed
Preparation
    Put vegetables into large salad bowl.
    Toss in beans and cheese.
    Just before serving, toss in crushed Fritos and pour on dressing.
