Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 straight cut fresh beef brisket (usually about 5 lb.)
liquid hickory smoke
garlic salt
meat tenderizer
barbecue sauce
Preparation

Rub the brisket with liquid hickory smoke.
Sprinkle with garlic salt and meat tenderizer.
Pierce meat with fork in a number of places.
Wrap in foil and let stand several hours or overnight.
