Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf frozen bread dough
    egg yolk
    rock salt
Preparation
    Thaw frozen bread dough until it handles easily.
    Cut into 12 pieces the long way, then roll into long snake.
    Grease pan lightly.
    Shape anyway you want.
    Place pretzels on pan and brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with rock salt on top.
    Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve hot or cold.
