Chinese Chicken Noodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. angel hair pasta, uncooked
    1 c. (1/2 inch) snow peas, diagonally sliced
    2 c. shredded and cooled chicken breast (about 3/4 lb. skinned and boned)
    1/2 c. diced red bell pepper
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1 medium cucumber, peeled, halved lengthwise and sliced
    3 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
    2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    2 tsp. sesame seed, toasted
    1 tsp. dark sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Break pasta into 5 inch pieces.
    Cook in boiling water 2 minutes.
    Add snow peas, cook an additional minute.
    Drain and rinse under cold, running water.
    Drain well.
    Combine pasta mixture, chicken and next 3 ingredients in a bowl.
    Set aside.
