Tuna Crunch Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. tuna
1/4 c. sweet pickle relish
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 small bag potato chips, crushed
lettuce
lemon wedges and tomato wedges
Preparation

Combine the first five ingredients.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, add cabbage and half of potato chips.
Toss. Serve on lettuce.
Sprinkle with remaining potato chips and garnish with tomatoes and lemon wedges.
