Thai Chicken (Spicy!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut in serving pieces
    salt and pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Rub chicken with salt and pepper.
    Saute in frypan in a little oil.
    Remove chicken from pan.
    Saute the onion in the oil.
    Add the remaining ingredients to the pan and mix well.
    Return chicken to pan and baste with sauce.
    Cover pan and cook over low heat, about one hour or until tender.
    Check occasionally and add water, if needed.
