Salmon Bake With Pecan Crunch Coating - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (4 to 6 oz.) salmon fillets
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. butter margarine melted
1 1/2 Tbsp. honey
1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans
2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
Fresh parsley sprigs and lemon slices for garnish
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Place fillets, skin-side down, in a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan. Combine mustard, butter and honey and brush over fillets.
Mix bread crumbs, pecans and parsley.
Spoon mixture evenly over fillets.
Bake 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
