Baked Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 303) can spinach, drained
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine spinach, egg, milk and 1/2 cup cracker crumbs.
    Add seasonings and place in a buttered baking dish.
    Combine remaining crumbs and butter.
    Sprinkle over top and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until brown and firm.
    Yields 6 servings.
