Tuna Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1\\2 C. Milk
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, grated
1\\4 C. Onions or Scallions, minced
1\\2 C. Mayo
1 can (7 1\\2) oz. Tuna, drained and flaked
2 tbsp. Flour
1 Egg, beaten
1 Frozen Pie Shell
Preparation

Sprinkle cheese with flour, toss. Add onions, and tuna and toss well. Stir in milk, mayo, and egg. Pour into pie pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 min.
You can add additional spices, or vegetables. i.e. Broccoli and Swizz Cheese.
