Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. almond extract
    2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, salt, almond and vanilla.
    Stir in scalded milk.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
