Ingredients

2/3 c. milk
1 1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Pour milk over coconut; set aside.
Cream margarine and sugar in mixing bowl.
Add eggs and beat.
Add coconut mixture and vanilla.
Pour in pie shell.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
