Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    3 beaten eggs
    1 can whole kernel corn
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 large pod hot pepper
    1 large bell pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. sharp grated cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add all ingredients together except cheese; pour half in a well-greased pan.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Pour in other half. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
