"Mounds" Or "Almond Joys" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    3 c. coconut
    6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt and remove butter from heat.
    Add next 4 ingredients and mix well.
    Add coconut and roll into balls.
    Dip balls in melted chocolate chips and put on waxed paper to set or \"thumbprint\" almonds onto rolled coconut balls.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
