Meat Marinade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. cooking sherry or wine
2 tsp. garlic
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. meat tenderizer
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix well.
Store
in
refrigerator
until ready to use. Cover meat with sauce for several hours or overnight.
