Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 c. sliced unpared apples
1 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 unbeaten egg
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Place apples in greased 6 x 10-inch baking dish.
Mix together with fork until crumbly and sprinkle over the apples a mixture of the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and egg.
Pour butter over all.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake 30 to 40 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
